This is a terrific list. To the independent publishers, I would
also add associations (e.g. ABA and ALI). In other disciplines,
physics in particular, associations as publishers have taken on
increasing importance (thinking of the recent finding favoring AIP
and APS over Gordon & Breach). An aside: it seems to me physicists
are trail-blazers for information dissemination, so I like to pay
attention to what they are up to.
