I'm once again throwing myself on the generosity of the list. My
attorney needs to see the 1987 version of a page from the Standard
Federal Tax Reporter and it's a little late to call CCH. In this day and
age I'm guessing most of us have not been able to keep any of the old
sets, but I'm hoping some libraries may have kept the 1987 version.
I'm specifically looking for the CCH Explanation for Reg. 1.414(L)-1(p).
The section of the CCH Explanation we need to find the 1987 page for is
".025 Merger or consolidation." It's on p. 37,755, vol. 6, of the
current 1997 volume.
