I am sending this message to LAW-LIB for our Law Library Accountant.

We are seeking new accounting software that will accomplish the
following types of tasks in our academic law library:

1. Allow unique invoice numbers
2. Allow multiple department checking accounts
3. Allow manual check entering
4. Allow searching for "paid" invoices or "items received/not paid."
5. Allow user-designed reports or numerous types of reports
including summary reports of departments.
