One of my attorneys needs to see section 4.08 from the Securities Law Series
title "Broker-Dealer Operations Under Securities and Commodities Law"
(volumes 23 and 23A). The section deals with "safekeeping" accounts. If
someone out there could fax a copy to me at 901-543-8030, I would be
eternally grateful. I have exhausted all sources in town, it is not on
Westlaw or Lexis, and, of course, he needs it yesterday. Thanks!
