Sorry for the repeat message. I asked earlier today if anyone had a copy
of an ALI-ABA manual on "Time Share Financing" by Marvin Garfinkle. It
turns out that this is an item IN an ALI-ABA manual which is collectively
called "Drafting Documents for Condos, PUDs and Golf Course Communities."
It is ALI-ABA Course/Publicaion Number CA50 and it's from October 1995.
If anyone has this manual and is willing to loan it, please give me a
