Please mark your AALL Convention datebook. As the chairperson for the PLL
Technical Services Roundtable, I wanted to let you know that on July 20 at
2:30 we will be having a discussion on COPING WITH VENDOR CHANGE. We have
confirmation from two vendors that Ken Halajian, Vice President for
Professional Relations at Matthew Bender and Gene Landoe, Vice President,
Customer Service at CCH Incorporated will be present..
I have already e-mailed some questions from the Law-Tech list. Please let
me know if anyone from this list has any questions or concerns that you
would like them to prepare beforehand..
Also, if you could let me know whether you think you may attend, so they
can get idea on the number of handouts to prepare.
