Judges' biographies; search for sources

I have summer associates who are preparing for interviews and would
like to have access to the biographies/resumes of judges.

Preferrably an internet site with more than a mere listing of names.

Several print sources are out of date (maybe because of the chilling
effect of the Uni-bomber).

At the moment I'm looking for judges with the Oregon Court of Appeals
(Salem): Mary Diets, Rex Armstrong, & Rick Hasleton.

Washington Court of Appeals (Div II at Tacoma): David Armstrong.

Thanks for any clues.
