Sunday's Washington Post mentioned a Florida Circuit Court opinion by
Judge James Carlisle, ruling that America Online was not liable for
customers who use the service to peddle pornography. I can get the
opinion from the court's photocopy service, but it will require a written
request, etc. and will take several days at best. If anyone has the
opinion in their hot little hands already, we'd be glad to pay fax charges!
