I am writing to see what online services, firms around the country subscribe to for finding Federal Communications Commission historical documents such as; speeches, public notices, news releases, and other texts. We have been looking into a service called Berry Best, which has it's own searchable online library. I would like to know what those who use this service or have tried this service think about it. Any other recommendations or suggestions for finding FCC materials will also be greatly appreaciated. Thanks for your help.
