Need a company which can retrieve copies of foreign(Russian) public company filings

Sorry to re-ask a question which I know
appeared here a few months ago, but my lawlib
archives search wasn't successful.

We need to find a company similar to
Disclosure which can obtain an "annual report"
(or whatever they call it in Russia) on a publicly
traded Russian company. I have checked with
Global Research, Disclosure, and D&B. We
have also sent a message to SKATENET, but not
received a response yet. There are some news
stories about the company, stock prices, and a
brokerage report on the 'net, but my "customers"
really want an annual report.
