I've nearly exhausted my resources trying to locate copies of these
articles. The Institute of Industrial Engineers said that they would be
able to see if their research library had copies of these proceedings, but
it would take 2-3 weeks to research it. We need them this week. Any
help in faxing or mailing me copies of these articles would be
appreciated. We are willing to pay reasonable costs. Thanks for your
