Has anyone come across a good source (preferrably a substantive article in
laymen's terms - current) that is along the lines of "how to choose the
appropriate corporate entity" (i.e. LLC, LLP, LP, CORP, etc). Attorney is
looking for a pretty broad overview. I have run L/WL searches in periodicals
and newspapers and come up with nothing except articles/treatise sections that
strictly discuss tax implications.
Any cites or leads would be appreciated. Thanks.
