I need a copy of the Air Force Instruction which has replaced AF Regulation
126-7 (dated 28 August 1987) re Natural Resources--Historic Preservation.
Specifically I need the section that covers ownership, title or property
interest in downed or abandoned aircraft. I have checked local government
document sources and found nothing, phoned Wright Patterson AF base and only
reached voice mail--with no response as of yet, and checked with the AF
Department in Washington but not located the appropriate party. Any help
will be greatly appreciated. Of course the attorney needs this asap.
