It has happened again. Something was discussed on the list a couple of weeks
ago -- I paid only partial attention to the discussion -- now an attorney
comes in and asks me for the same thing -- and I cannot locate the discussion
in the archives.
I am looking for the Field Manual of the NLRB. I remember the discussion
focussing on the fact that the GPO has discontinued publication, the CCH may
not be up-to-date, and someone else is publishing a much better version. Does
anyone else have a better memory that I do?
