I've looked on Westlaw and the 2d Cir.'s home page and haven't been
able to come up with the text of the opinion, mentioned in today's NY
Times, issued yesterday by Judge Jose Cabranes. It was a drug case
out of Albany, NY and in his opinion, Judge Cabranes denounced jury
nullification.
Does anyone on the list know where I might find a copy of the opinion
today?
