Greetings from sunny (it's about time!) Philadelphia,
We would like to expand our collection in the area of Product Liability
(it presently consists of the BNA Reporter and *a few* basic books). We
are specifically interested in slightly or more in-depth resources,
especially those that include forms or deal with any of the following:
drafting warranties, disclaimers, or limitations of liability. I've
searched subject listings and Law Books in Print, Legal Looseleafs in
Print, etc., but am interested in more specific information about the
books.
Are there any titles you or you firm particularly like(s)? I'd love to
hear any suggestions, recommendations, or warnings, and would be glad to
summarize for the list there is interest.
