I am in the process of forming a library advisory board composed of key
people from the business units who are our most heavy duty clientele. I
see their role as providing input as to what additional services are
needed and information which can be used to put together a 2 yr plan.
Question: do any of you have library advisory boards? How do they work
in your organization? Are you aware of other special libraries which
have these types of boards & can you point me to them? I'm interested
in talking to people who have such boards in place or are contemplating
