Here's a good Friday question! I have a hearing examiner trying to
locate a NY Family Court case. The case was not reported in Westlaw.
Here is the only information that I have to go on.
The case was recent, probably last 6 mo. It has to do with child support
modification based on a clause in the divorce judgement to modify support
whenever there is an increase in the father's income. The wife applied
for the modification base on the fact that the husband took a second
job. In this decision, the court denied the increase in support saying
that it did not have to count the second income. If anyone is familiar
with this case, and can tell me where to locate it I would be extremely
