two copies of everything. I have an annual subscription to the CFR's, and
the GPO regularly misses sending a few of the booklets every year. They are
so bad and slow about replacing a missing volume that the next year's title
will be here before you can replace the missing volume. It is ridiculous
how they replace these anyway, one at a time, day after day after day. I
know there is a better and less expensive way.
WOULD ANYONE FROM THE GPO LIKE TO COMMENT ON YOUR ABYSMAL PERFORMANCE.
