I need help from someone who may carry this journal or who has experience
with European law.
I have a nearly illegible faxed page from the Official Journal of the
European Communities. (I'm not even sure of the title, owing to the poor
quality of the fax.) As near as I can make out, the header of the page
says "9. 2. 96 Official Journal of the European Communities No L 31/7".
The page quotes language from some sort of legal document displayed in
two columns. The second column begins Article 2 of the document which
discusses licensing.
I need to get either a cleaner copy of this page OR the language from
Article 2 of this document from any source.
Any help that you can supply would be most appreciated.
