I'm Susan Saxon the Librarian/Records Manager at King & Spalding in
NYC. I am contacting this listserv because I have contacted every
library headhunter in NYC and have not yet found the right person for
the following temporary position:
I am currently looking for an experienced Law Librarian to provide
quality research and reliable library coverage for our library for the
next three months while I concentrate on our records center in
preparation of our move in September '97. I currently service 47
attorneys. Our main practice areas are Corporate/Securities, Banking &
Finance, Energy and Litigation.
Ideally the librarian we are seeking has an MLS and is proficient in
searching the Internet, CD-ROMs and the following databases:
Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, LiveEdgar, Courtlink, SDC, D&B, Dialog.
(I will still handle the administrative duties of the library)
The pay is hourly and commensurate with experience. The hours are
9:00AM-5:30PM, 1:00-2:00 lunch. Available for overtime as needed.
