I'm trying to locate a copy of a recent New South Wales Court of Appeal case
involving Kerry Packer (Australia's wealthiest man) and eight insurers (led
by Royal Insurance (Global)) over coverage for the theft of $5.8 million
Australian in gold bullion. The three judges (including Judge Cole) ruled
in favor of Mr. Packer. Kerry Packer is chairman of Consolidated Press
Holdings Pty. Ltd. and CPH might also be a party in the case. I have tried
Westlaw/Lexis but the case is too recent for them. Do any Australian
librarians have any suggestions/tips? Thanks in advance. Lille
