photo of judge

Hello everyone.
I have been asked to find as close to an official portrait as
possible of Judge Don Young of the U.S. District Court for the Northern
District of Ohio. He was the judge who presided over civil cases resulting
from the Kent State killings. I have searched around the net (and various
judicial directories) to no avail for mentions of places where photos of
judges might be found. His own courthouse has been contacted, but can be of
no assistance. The judge's family only has shots of him in a business suit,
not his judicial robes.
Is there anyone who knows of a place where such photos/portraits
might be kept? Does every federal judge have an official portrait taken at
some time? Any help would be truly appreciated.

Thanks!

Anne
