You may not be aware of this information source. CRLP--The Center for Reproductive Law and Policy in New York--*Domestic and international programs to promote women*s reproductive health and rights through: litigation, research, policy analysis, and public education.*

The International Program of CRLP has recently issued a 48 page report, Promoting Reproductive Rights: A Global Mandate (Italics will not register on my e-mail) that examines six recent UN conferences: UN Conference on Environment and Development, Rio (1992); World Conference on Human Rights, Vienna(2993); International Conference on Population and Development, Cairo (1994); World Summit for Social Development, Copenhagen (1995); Fourth World Conference on Women, Beijing (1995) and Second Conference on Human Settlements, Istanbul (1996) . The report looks at four areas interpreted by each of the conferences.--Women*s Rights as Human Rights; Right to reproductive decision-making; Right of access to reproductive health services; Condemnation of violence against women. The report is documented with footnotes. I have also seen an earlier publication Women of the World: formal laws and policies affecting their reproductive lives, 1995. It covers Brazil, China, Germany, India, Nigeria, and the United States. It summarizes the law and legal policies for each of these countries, but includes extensive footnotes with citations. Costs appear to be about $10 plus shipping with NGOs in low-income countries receiving special consideration.
