I've heard some lawyers say that the new MB binders are "nice." Bender
has caused a little confusion by changing colors, though. A first-
year associate recently had trouble finding _Powell on Real Property_
because a more senior attorney had told him to look something up in a
big maroon set; we now have a _Powell_ of a different color.
