I need copies of 2 Biological Opinions released by the National Marine
Fisheries Service (within the NOAA-National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration) concerning protecting Pacific Northwest Salmon of the
Columbia and Snake Rivers.
A NMFS news release obtained from the Internet provided the reference
"NOAA 95-R114." The NMFS and NOAA home pages are extensive, but
I was unable to locate a page with opinions.
WESTLAW reference attorneys did not find these opinions in the FR
(Federal Register) db, or elsewhere.
ELR (Environmental Law Reporter) doesn't report BiOps.
I left a phone message for a NMFS rep in Seattle; however, time is of the
essence.
I would appreciate any help. Thank you very much.
