4/16/97 Order by Judge Matsch in USA v. Timothy McVeigh

I need a copy of this order a.s.a.p. I have searched the web, but have
not found recent pleadings/orders (I did find two NOT SEALED transcripts
which were very helpful). I am told by Lexis and Westlaw that this
order is not on-line. Does anyone have any ideas as to where I can
locate this order in such a short amount of time?
