After ordering and receiving 5 copies of West's Securities Regulation:
Selected Statutes, Rules and Forms (1997), I was dismayed to discover
numerous errors and omissions in the text. Of course, we're receiving a
refund. However, I'm still in need of a compact securities regs. text.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
