     Try the following:
Laura Rothstein's Disabilities and the Law (McGraw-Hill or now with
                                                                                               West?)
Bonnie Tucker's Federal Disability Law (West Publishing)
BNA's Americans with Disabilities Act Manual
CCH's Accommodating Disability
Mental and Physical Disability Law Reporter (ABA)
All five materials will give practical experiences dealing with the ADA.
One problems with the 350+ law review articles since 1992 on the ADA
is that most are lacking substances, like practicing experiences. Another
good source will be people with disabilities, like a deaf person can help
regarding questions dealing with sign language interpreters, TTY,
captioning, etc.

Subject: Americans with Disabilities Act
Our employment law attorneys get lots of questions about the
Americans With Disabilities Act from our supervisors in the field and
want a practice book to help them out. The reviews I've read were of
treatises written when the Act was recently enacted and they seemed
sparse. I would appreciate receiving some opinions from subscribers to
this list.
     Thanks in advance.
