I understand that a report called the Day Committee Report was published
in Canada in the late 1980s or early 1990s (I'm casting my net a little
wide here). The report ws about corporate law reform.
I would be very pleased if someone could advise me:
1. The full title of the report + publishing details
2. If the report was implemented and which subject matters of the report
were given preference for implementation.
or
3. Was the report shelved (not implemented at all).
