Dear Law-Libbers:
I am attempting to find the superseded language for two sections of
the Medicare Carriers Manual Part 3 - Claims Process - a GPO
loose-leaf publication put out by the Health Care Financing
Administration (a.k.a. HCFA publication 14-3). I am interested in how
the text of sections 5114.1(L) and 5114.1(M) read prior to being
revised in November 1995 by HCFA Transmittal no. 1530.
Our office has checked with the HCFA - they don't keep their
superseded pages. The CCH Medicare Guide does not print the text of
HCFA transmittals prior to 1994. Please contact me if you know of
anyone who keeps the superseded pages of Medicare Carriers Manual Part
3 - or keeps the full text of all HCFA Transmittals for this volume
prior to 1994. Thank you!
