One of our attorneys insists that the ABA has(had) a State Securities
Section or a Regulation of Securities Committee that published a list of
which states require adherence to NASAA real estate guidelines. Does
anyone know of such a publication? Any help (if it does or never
existed) would be more than just appreciated. He posed it as a challenge
and I'd like to show him that libraries should and can be the source of all
information needs, even the impossible ones.
