I hope this clarifies my earlier question.

Brian--Sorry for the less than precise question (I think maybe
I've been listening to too much corporate "managementese" and
have started to think that everyone speaks in this language).
Benchmarking is supposed to be a "hot" management tool and is
part of the "quality" movement. A benchmark is a point of
reference from which measurements can be made. You measure the
services provided by your organization against those provided by
peer organizations.
Thanks for your question.

Richard-
Maybe I'm just dumb as a stump today, but what, exactly, are the types
of benchmarks that you are looking for?
Seven shelves to a stack range? Thirty inches for a shelf width?
Sorry, I'm just unsure of what you want. If I you can provide any
information, I'd be happy to help.
Sincerely,
Brian-
