I would be interested to know if Headquarters of AALL kept a list of all
the "Certified Law Librarians" from the 1980s. If not, then what was the
point of issuing "framable" certificates without any bureaucratic backup?
I believe that I was issued one of those certificates, but I never framed
it and who knows where it is now!

What does it mean when we say "... With liberty and justice for all"
or "... All men [persons] are created equal" ???
