I am looking for a survey which compiles administrative license
revocation (ARL) statutes. I already have the Digest of State
Alcohol-Highway Safety Related Legislation, 15th ed. (1997) published by
the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (thanks to Cheryl
Nyberg's reference to an earlier edition in Subject Compilations of State
Laws 1993-1994). The problem with the NHTSA digest is that it is arranged
by state and covers other topics as well as ALR. We would like to find a
survey that deals only with ALR and those states which have adopted this
procedure. My preliminary search on the Internet has not been very
productive and we have been overbudget for the last two months on
Lexis so we're trying other alternatives:(
Any suggestions?
