I'm trying to determine if "Medicare Cost Reports" are publicly
available and , if so, how one can be obtained. I believe the Health
Care Financing Administration, Division of Cost Principles and
Reporting is the place to contact but I'm having no luck in reaching
a "live person" by telephone. All I was able to find on their home
page are cost reporting forms. Would anyone be able to enlighten
me?
