Has anyone come across a chart which shows the response(and
results of that response) by a state to having its school
financing system declared unconstitutional?
I have gathered literally tons of information about the subject
but wondered if there might be a chart in existance I could use
to help in the organization.
Also if your state is one which has experienced this and you
are aware of a definitive article which discusses the history of
the resultant actions by the state in reponse, I would really
appreciate a cite to the article.
Forgive me if this question has already been asked. I was
deleted from law-lib sometime yesterday and have never been able
to get into any of the archives.
