I am looking for primary source materials regarding the following
incidents:
German (Bavarian) court "mandate" banning 200 newsgroups which
Compuserve complied with back in Dec. of 1995.
Recent (repored this week), Austrian police obtained an "order" to
shut down internet provider Vipnet. Other Internet providers shut
down temprarily to protest action.
I tried lawcrawler searches, the Electrinic Fronier Website and the
sites that it linked to, but could not locate these documents, only
stories about the incidents.
I would appreciate pointers to the documents or suggestions on other
places to look.
