Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can shed some light for me regarding an Armed
Services Board of Contract Appeals case. The cite I have is:
85-2 BCA P 18019, ASBCA 29848 @ 90391 (1985) The name of the case is
Shirley. Does anyone know of an uncomplicated source for these
opinions? I tried locating another one a few months ago with no luck.
Is this something that has to be done thru FOIA? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
