Try the Web site at lectlaw.com. There is a downloadable
(zipped) form for commercial leases there. The specific link
is http://www.lectlaw.com/formb.htm.

I am trying to locate a copy of a standardized lease for
non-residential
facilities - ie, office buildings, whatever. Just not residential.
I have been
trying to get a response from the state board of realtors and
no one
returns my calls.

I would be glad to pay for a copy/fax, if someone has such
an item.

Thanks very much in advance.
