I am trying to locate something from the March issue of a periodical
called _U.S. Business Litigation_. It is mentioned in a Mealey's article
and refers to some "...recent analysis in the March issue..."
The research deals with the fact that the U.S. Supreme Court appears
to favor punitive damage ratios of 20-to-1 and below regardless of the
level of a defendant's reprehensible conduct.
Does anyone have this and could help me out here?
