Previously, I said (in part)

away with the tape (gone with the >tape?) Now I will have to call and try to
get them to read me the information.
Now I am modifying this a bit: I called John Wiley and they faxed me an
exact copy of the invoice within five (yes 5) minutes. They are partially
forgiven for the sticky tape over the invoices. It usually take 1-3 days for
anyone else to fax an invoice.
