Does anyone have the following 12-volume publication:

Proxy Statements: Strategies & Forms
by Howard Dutch;
published by Jefren

We'd like to borrow it to see if it's something we need to buy.
If you're outside of Houston, we'll pay FedEx charges.

Also, if your library has any kind of publication, looseleaf or
monograph or whatever, that provides an indepth treatment of proxy
statements, including all the different kind of proxy statements
one can come up and providing samples, please let me know...
