The subject cite, 21 R.C.L. 1196, was cited as a rule about right of
privacy in 169 P.2d 1012 (Okla. 1946).

Seemingly this is a cite to Ruling Cases Law.
We have two versions, British Ruling Cases, a 16 volume set, each volume
with enough for 4-digit pages;
and Enlish Ruling Cases with American Notes, a 28 volume set, with volume
21 short of 1196 pages. Neither seems to index to "privacy" or "rights of
privacy" or "personal rights".

Does anyone have advice?
