Susan:

Mealey Publications Inc. of Wayne, PA (610-688-6566) used to put out (and
maybe still does) a Bad Faith Law Reporter which indexed most if not all
Bad Faith cases. Maybe one of our Products Liability or Insurance law firm
colleagues can help you on this one. Mealey's puts out an Insurance
CDROM which may or may not cover Bad Faith now. Maybe Mealey can help
you, but you will have to pay the big bucks. C'est la guerre!

I wish I could remember the source of the this quote, but the paraphrase
goes like this: The watchwords to keep in mind for business today are
-better, cheaper, faster-but the bad news is you only get to pick two.
