Just a FYI: We've had problems with the accuracy of packing slips
covering orders (not standing orders) from West several times in the last
few months - some substantial. Trying to get the missing or incorrect
contents corrected is as easy as any other phone call to West these days.
Extra caution would be wise at this point. Fortunately, one of our clerks
caught that a 2 vol. set for which we were getting all new contents was
missing the yellow supplement pages in one vol. We seldom would look that
carefully at a shipment had we not been having a series of problems.
BTW, current policy for contents is that you'll be sent new binders,
too...no choice, but no added separate charge.
