This is going to sound all too familiar:
One of my attorneys read in something about a class action case in the US
District Court in Florida entitled Gibson v Imperial Credit which apparently
denied class action certification in a brokerage premium case. The case was
apparently decided in 1997 or thereabouts. We checked around for the newsletter
which we cannot find since it is at the bottom of someone's brief case. I also
called the class action people in DC to no availabl. If some kind soul knows
about a decision in this case, I would really appreciate the "I need it
yesterday" fax. We would be glad to pay. TIA
