Affidavit of lost stock certificate in UK

Does anyone know of a form for a lost stock certificate that is
acceptable in London to be signed by a US corporation. This
form would not be filed with any entity. In the U.S., such a form is
notarized and indemnifies a corporation from loss in case the
certifcate shows up. Is there a counterpart in England?
