Source for Recycling of Disks & CD-ROM

I have been recycling disks and cd-roms with a company called
GreenDisk for a number of months. They have just notified me that
they have begun charging a fee for the recycling 20 cents/pound and
a
minimum of $10/shipment.
Does anyone know of a recycling firm that does not charge for such
a service?
