Standard for the Labelling of Prepackaged Foods (Codex Stan 1-1985; Rev.
1-1991)
General Guidlines on Claims (CAC/GL 1-1979; Rev. 1-1991)
Guidelines on Nutrition Labelling (CAC/GL 2-1985)
Guidelines for the Date-Marking of Prepacked Foods
I think it might be in v.1 of the second edition and in a 1993 supplement to
v. 1. If I could borrow these volumes or have portions photocopied, I would
greatly appreciate it!
